Incorporated in 1991, Advanced Recycling Systems is the industry leader in the design and manufacture of Mobile Abrasive Recycling Machines, Dust Collectors and Rapid Deployment SM Lift Platform.  With more than 100 Abrasive Recycling Machines and 100 Dust Collectors to its credit, ARS recycling equipment and dust collectors are time-tested and approved for rugged industrial use.  ARS’ patented technology provides a competitive edge to contractors using its Abrasive Recycling Machines, Dust Collectors and Rapid Deployment SM equipment.

In 2002 ARS Recycling added a new 11,000 square foot assembly and repair building. This fully equipped facility is supported by 7.5 ton and 10 ton overhead cranes. Our additional floor space and oversized bays allow for a faster delivery of your new unit as well as a rapid turnaround on equipment upgrades, or emergency repairs. This new facility includes an expanded parts department, insuring that critical parts and components will always be in stock.

Additionally, ARS maintains a 16,000 square foot fabricating facility to insure that sub-components are manufactured to our exacting specifications and delivered on time.

ARS also employs its own service vehicles, stocked with critical spare parts. Two freightliners are readily available, so that the equipment can be moved to your job site, when and where you need it. A simple phone call brings an experienced service technician to your project.  Our courteous staff instructs many customers over the phone.
